New units receive expert, non-invasive testing before shipping and include the accessories listed in the manufacturer's manual for the exact model.
Renewed units are tested before shipping. Your order lists the mounting hardware, cords, network cards, and other accessories supplied with your configuration.
Every UPS BBS supplies that uses sealed lead-acid (SLA) batteries receives brand-new, premium-grade batteries correctly matched to the unit—including New units.
Rails, tower feet, network cards, and other extras are available as add-ons unless already included with your unit. Ask us to confirm your complete setup.

Manufacturer-listed rack configuration for the UPS and included external module(s). Combined weight is not the lifting weight of one enclosure.
Runtime is an estimate. Actual backup time depends on your load, battery configuration, charge, and operating conditions.
BBS provides free shipping on eligible UPS systems and accessories. Standard parcel items ship ground; oversized or heavy systems ship by LTL freight with carrier coordination before delivery.
Estimated dispatch: 1–2 business days in stock, or 7–10 business days on backorder. After dispatch, estimated transit is 3–5 business days by ground or 3–7 business days by freight. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Transit timing depends on product readiness, destination, and freight requirements. Contact BBS before ordering if you have a firm delivery deadline or rush requirement.
You can cancel before shipment at no charge. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of correctly supplied, working equipment, with no restocking fee.
BBS pays return shipping for returns weighing 70 lb or less. Above 70 lb, you pay return shipping; arrange it directly or ask BBS for a shipping quote so we can arrange it.
Warranty issues start with troubleshooting. When a warranty replacement is needed, BBS covers shipping both ways. Full returns and warranty support policy.
