Coverage and support for equipment supplied by BBS.

Coverage from delivery

New equipment has a 36-month BBS warranty. Renewed equipment has an 18-month BBS warranty. Coverage begins on the delivery date. This is BBS coverage; an original manufacturer warranty is not assumed to transfer.

Batteries and supplied equipment

Every UPS BBS supplies that uses sealed lead-acid batteries receives brand-new, premium-grade batteries correctly matched to the unit, including New units. The selected equipment listing and your order identify the supplied configuration and accessories.

Request warranty help

Contact nick@batterybackup.solutions, call (305) 330-2266, or use the Support Portal. Include the order reference, model, serial number if available, and a description of the problem. BBS will confirm troubleshooting, return or replacement instructions before equipment is shipped back.

BBS pays shipping both ways for approved warranty replacements. The customer-paid shipping rule for ordinary returns over 70 lb does not apply to those warranty replacements.
